Hi! I'm Susan Straub.
I am an award-winning communications executive with 30+ years of proven experience in developing and implementing strategic communications programs that help companies achieve their business objectives, drive positive change, and create a culture of engagement. A trusted advisor to CEOs, senior executives, and leaders, I help them communicate effectively with engaging messaging that resonates with the audience, building pride in the company and confidence in the leader.
A builder and a fixer at heart, I am a creative problem solver and storyteller. I specialize in strategic communications for high-level company initiatives, change management, executive, HR, marketing, IT, and crisis communications.
My Mission
To ignite in others a passion for excellence, genuine connection, courage in change, and compassion for others through intentional leadership, conversation, and relationship.
I love to meet new people, learn new things, and solve challenging business problems. There’s nothing better than to see the impact that strategic communications can have on employee pride in their company and ultimately bottom-line results. That's why I love what I do.
When I’m not working, you can find me painting, crafting, chaperoning school trips, volunteering, hiking our national parks, or sharing laughs with my family and friends.

I served as the President of the Dallas chapter of IABC. I was responsible for growing membership, offering valued programs to our members, managing a team of volunteer Board members, and ensuring our financial success. The chapter was named International Large Chapter of the Year during my term.
